The glassmakers at Preciosa created the crystal trophy for the OSA awards on the basis of an artistic design provided by the designer and musician, Milan Cais.

The annual OSA awards are the only ones in the Czech Republic that realistically reflect the musical works that are most purchased or most heard on the radio and the concerts with the highest attendances based on the provided statistics.
